Service & Maintenance

Service Service

LAC Air Conditioning offers support services for all leading brands and most manufacturers of air conditioning equipment. Our maintenance strategies are tailored to the clients specific business requirements and budgets - from standard inspection to fully comprehensive contracts. Asset management identifies critical equipment with an individual maintenance schedule provided for each item, this enables us to prioritise your equipment's criticality and maintenance requirements and also providing historical detail on work activity undertaken, refrigerant type volume and usage. This information is now required under the Fgas regulations.

Essential information on access, health and safety, permit to work, hot permits and where spare parts can be sourced is recorded on our electronic database, this ensures we have full information available before we attend site.

Our maintenance engineering services ensure fewer equipment failures and less downtime. Our aim is to minimize reactive costs and potential environmental damage by ensuring that the correct maintenance regime has been applied to each individual piece of equipment, as usage and equipment loading have a direct impact on the maintenance requirement.

All our vehicles are fitted with the latest vehicle tracking and satellite navigation systems to ensure we can direct the nearest engineer to your site and minimise costly down time.

Service Service

Protecting the environment is second nature and we adhere to strict environmental practices and control procedures all our engineers are CITB/C&G accredited in refrigerant handling and are ACRIB registered. Our maintenance procedures avoid breaking into the refrigeration system unnecessarily, operating conditions and performance are monitored by recording the temperature of specific in line components and pipework. This information is analysed and checked against previous data, enabling us to track variations in operating conditions and respond accordingly. If during maintenance work a pending failure is identified the client will be contacted and the repair undertaken immediately if possible.

As a further measure to reduce our environmental impact copies of the maintenance documentation are forwarded to the client electronically within five working days from completion of the maintenance work. Any outstanding remedial works that have been identified and fall outside the scope of the maintenance agreement will be detailed in our report along with a quotation for the repairs.

We also offer disaster recovery support and can provide temporary air conditioning equipment and air handling plant if required on a rental basis
